Cherry Blossom Traffic

For the not-yet-in-DC segment of the DCPA+CJ community, we'll clue you into one trying aspect of Capital City life: April is the worst traffic month in town, as the advent of tourist season (more people crossing streets near monuments & museums has a huge effect) and heavy traffic near the in-bloom Cherry Blossoms (unfortunately, located near the confluence of a couple crucial rush hour arteries) often conspire to make the evening commute by car a hair-pulling, curse-inducing experience. Just ask these guys.
