In this role, CG&A interns will be responsible for providing administrative support, researching federal issues, uploading website content, and drafting correspondence. Additional tasks will include preparing morning news clips and attending Capitol Hill events. Applicants should possess strong written communication skills, be a team player, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Since interns will interact with Congressional staff, this position requires exceptional interpersonal skills. The internship is open to both undergraduates and job-seekers. Although unpaid, interns will gain valuable, hands-on workplace experience and participate in unique professional development opportunities. Our office is conveniently located near Old Town metro stop, in Alexandria, Virginia.
