Strategies 360 - Executive Assistant

Strategies 360 seeks a full-time executive assistant for its Washington, DC office. The executive assistant’s responsibilities include managing the office infrastructure, administrative duties such as maintaining the office’s schedule, filing lobbying reports, managing interns, and providing a support role in client management and service. The executive assistant will also work with the legislative affairs and communications teams to perform duties such as Congressional hearing monitoring and analysis, issue and client research, compiling and distributing press clips, and media list management among other functions. This position is open for immediate hire.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with an interest and background in public affairs and policy. Attention to detail and organization is essential. While this is an entry level position, prior experience (including internships) on the Hill, in government relations’ firms, at trade associations, with non-profits, or on campaigns is preferred. A bachelor’s degree is required, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is a must. Experience with media monitoring, email distribution, and digital/visual editing platforms is a plus. This position offers significant room for growth for candidates who want to work in public affairs and policy.
