Don't be a Taker

Hello Monday! We hope the well-established job listing board that routinely (and obviously) harvests a lot of our listings will dial that back. You're better than that.

We find our jobs from a lot of different sources/boards & put a lot of effort into finding a broad selection for people actively searching/browsing opportunities. We respect the work of other niche jobs boards to only pull a couple from any given one of them at a time – and we think we deserve the same respect from the group that regularly republishes a lot of ones found here. 

We're just a little hobby that enjoys knowing that we're helping folks who are looking for a new job. The group culling a bunch of ours is doing this professionally and could do a lot better for their constituency by not copying a bunch of what we found and finding even more on their own.
