Hello,
ReplyDeleteI really admire and appreciate what you are doing for PR professionals in aiding with job searches and other information provided on here. I think its great that you are able to compile a good list of jobs daily for us to plough through. Now, I'd like to know if you ever get jobs or have leads to PR/Media/Communication Jobs in the Entertainment/Fashion or Lifestyle Industry? It seems like majority of the jobs here are govt., nonprofit, universities, industry and other sectors, so I thought I ask if you get jobs in the industry that I mentioned above. Either way, thanks for your time and effort in pulling all these jobs together, its a great resource!
Hey Anon - thanks for the kind words. I'll keep an eye peeled for the entertainment/fashion side of PR and try to include an occasional entry - however, the focus here is likely going to stay on the public affairs-related side of the PR world. It just seems like that is more of what folks are going to find in the DC area.
ReplyDeleteAlso - you might have better luck asking Miss A about this - it seems more on her beat: http://askmissa.com/ - she seems plugged into fashion, of course, and she also sponsors some regular employment networking events.
Gordon-- Thank you very much for your reply. The information in its own is very invaluable. keep up the good work!
