Young Invincibles - Internship
ReplyDeleteWouldn’t it be great to travel around the country?
Come Join the Campaign for Young America Bus Tour and you can.
What’s the Campaign for Young America? Beginning in March, Young Invincibles will travel all across the country to host roundtable discussions to hear young people’s opinions on the issues that they face today. Issues include health care, jobs, student debt, and many others.
We want to turn the energy, hope, and frustration into a way forward for our generation. Based on what we hear, we’ll identify specific changes we want and push lawmakers to address the barriers young people face. We don’t want to be the first generation to be worse off than our parents!
Who are the Young Invincibles? YI is a national organization that represents the interests of 18 to 34 yearolds. We ensure our perspective is heard during discussions about our future through policy analysis, shared stories of young Americans, campaigns that inform and mobilize our generation, and advocacy to change the status quo.
We are looking for Interns who would be willing to travel with staff to several of the states on the tour. Two different internships are available for students interested in joining YI on the road. Please specify your preference in your cover letter.
