    Washington Health Strategies Group, a boutique lobbying and association management firm, is seeking an individual who possesses both public affairs and project management skills to serve as Health Policy & Program Manager for their Association of Clinical Research Organizations client. Candidate should possess Capitol Hill experience, an understanding of the lobbying/legislative process and an interest in health policy. Additionally, candidate should have demonstrable project management skills gained in a corporate, association, consulting or campaign environment.

    Job entails:

    • Project management of working groups involved in industry effort to streamline the drug development process (60%);
    • Lobbying and support of senior lobbyists on health (e.g. 21st Century Cures, FDA) and tax issues (20%)
    • Communications/public relations support (10%);
