    We are a large home remodeling company headquartered in Howard County, MD looking for the right fit to manage our canvassing program. This is a position in which the manager will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training field marketers who are setting up free estimates on home remodeling projects.

    Candidates must have experience managing canvassers in the past with successful results or even presently employed somewhere producing successful results but not getting what you think you deserve. Base salary is $40,000-$50,000 per year (based on experience & what can be brought to the table upon hiring) plus large commissions to accompany the salary. First year potential is realistically 80-120k, while successful 2nd and 3rd year employees always earning north of 120k.

    We are looking for a career oriented candidate who can do whatever it takes and dedicate the necessary time (including putting in long hours upfront) to create a successful canvassing operation.
