Goldbug Strategies LLC is a boutique consulting firm offering business and government strategy, policy analysis, and regulatory advocacy related to personalized medicine and federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulated medical products. Clients include global biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, innovative diagnostic laboratories, life science products manufacturers, clinical laboratories, research laboratories, investors, health and medical software developers, and stakeholder coalitions and associations.
The Admin office supports and performs tasks for the Operations and Accounting functions of the Company and is the back up for supporting the office of the CEO.
Position Description:
The Executive Assistant, will complete tasks assigned by the COO to support document production, file maintenance (electronic and paper), scheduling, and vendor coordination. The successful applicant will demonstrate a commitment to the company, as well as support the culture and values of the company.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supporting the agenda, minute-taking, scheduling, and related logistics for standing meetings
• Curating electronic and paper files; saving & updating documents & files in a timely manner.
• Maintaining company calendar; set up teleconferences; answer phones.
• Review and proofread materials, including client-facing materials, as assigned.
Skills, Experience, and Other Job Related Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have capabilities that include, but are not limited to:
• Discretion in handling confidential, proprietary, or otherwise sensitive information.
• Professional deportment and communication skills (proper use of grammar).
• Prompt, friendly, reliable; good phone manner, able to handle fast-paced consulting environment.
Education/Training:
• Some college classes or degree (AS, BA BS) preferred but not required.
• Professional office experience preferred but not required.
• Expertise in using Microsoft office products (SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point).
• Exposure to SalesForce or similar enterprise software system strongly preferred but not required.
