    The Democratic Mayors Program and Development Manager is responsible for managing engagement with the Democratic Mayors’ Alliance Members. The Democratic Mayors' Alliance program is a group of Labor unions, businesses and other organizations that support the work of Democratic Mayors.

    The Program and Development Manager will support development and Alliance growth, coordinate all programming and manage events for Alliance Members, and work with the Executive Director to coordinate all facets of the Alliance program and member outreach.

    Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
    --Manage engagement and regular communications with Alliance Members.
    --Provide regular support to individual Alliance Members.
    --Support the creation of Alliance programming and oversee execution.
    --Work with the Executive Director to coordinate regular outreach with Alliance Members.
    --Support Executive Director with continual growth of Alliance membership.
    --Assist with Alliance Member prospecting.
    --Manage invoicing and follow up.
    --Assume other responsibilities as necessary to support overall goals and growth.

    Qualifications:
    --2-3 years of experience on campaigns, with political fundraising, and/or related experience preferred.
    --Ideal candidates will have experience managing events both virtually and in-person.
    --Self starter who is able to work well with a small team.
    --Passion for cities, progressive politics and local progress.

    Salary: Salary commensurate with experience. Generous health care package.

    Location: Job will be remote until deemed appropriate to be in person and then located in Washington, DC
