Oysters & More Oysters & Bikes

We’ll start your Monday with a look ahead to Wednesday’s National Oyster Day (Aug. 5) & note that the Old Ebbitt Grill & some Clyde's locations are offering oyster & seafood happy hour pricing all day; we're guessing some other local oyster dens are also celebrating (update: Hanks Oyster Bar locations are also doing all-day HH). Virginia Oyster Week is set for Oct. 1-7. No update yet on 2026 Oyster Riot dates (usually the Friday & Saturday before Thanksgiving) or ticket availability (usually right after Labor Day).
