Dreamliners & Dynamos

OK – it hasn't exactly been a great couple of weeks for the Republican Party in the spousal behavior deparment. Prospects may looking up, however, for a few of you young GOP types – the College Republican National Committee has put out the call for five or six Interns for the DC office this fall.

The Dreamliner-developing folks from Boeing are looking for a senior-level Government Relations Specialist for a wide range of advocacy and relationship building activities. Apply by July 7 (7/07 - a possible allusion/homage to the legendary Boeing 707?).* Can also search here, using req number 09-1009699. They’re also looking for a less-senior GR Specialist (09-1009566), and want those resumes by July 1.

The latest opportunities with the Human Rights Campaign Fund:
Khalilzad Associates is seeking to hire a Senior Consultant with 5-10 years of experience in preparing strategies to attract foreign direct investment in developing countries.

Fresh from the Pew Center on Global Climate Change: this opportunity for a Congressional Affairs Fellow. Their call for an Energy Efficiency Communications Associate appears about three weeks older.

Several chances for the presumably-bright crew at the Society for Neuroscience to get inside your head – or at least view your resume:
If you possess extensive knowledge of the health care field, with experience in management, research, public and government affairs – and a desire to relocate to Harrisburg, PA – then the Executive Director position with the Pennsylvania Health Care Cost Containment Council would be just your thing. The Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Washington is not content with just plain competent and experienced candidates; instead looking to hire a creative dynamo/go-getter for their Israel & International Affairs Associate position. Which is fine, since we are certain the DCPA+CJ readership is a dynamo-rich cohort.
