Compensation: $50k-$60k

Duties: Responsible for the administrative activity, logistics and project management of the ICSC Alliance Program (public/private partnership program). The mission of the program is to educate the public sector about the retail real estate industry and its impact upon local communities. The Alliance Program also serves to promote public-private partnerships and open dialogue on emerging issues impacting the retail real estate industry and the quality of life in local communities. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Oversee program planning committees and assist in identifying partners, planning topics and speakers for Alliance programs; Coordinate the distribution and tabulation of program surveys, analyze and review results; Work closely with program planning committees to ensure that objectives are met; Promote Alliance programs and events through social media channels; Record management; Assist with preparation of presentations and PowerPoints; Assist with implementation of program budget; Answer member inquiries; Provide administrative support as required.

Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing, Political Science, Public Administration or related field and at least 3 years of prior professional experience coordinating or administering programs and services and demonstrate good judgment, initiative, creativity, and a willingness to learn. Preference given to candidates with prior experience working in the public sector at local level or in public administration. Must have: top customer service skills; strong organizational and communication skills; Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously; Ability to set priorities; meet deadlines and follow up on open projects and events with minimum direction; High level of initiative and independent judgment within established policy and procedural guidelines. Highly adept at Excel, PowerPoint, Word and social media; Experience with gotomeeting and gotowebinar or similar on-line presentation programs. Some travel required.

The Tarrance Group - Sampling Manager

The Sampling Manager handles the survey sampling process from initial discussion with project directors, sample acquisition and preparation, through delivery to phone banks for fielding surveys.

Responsibilities Include:

* Work with project directors in the firm to decide the appropriate sample frame for any given survey

* Obtain the required sample from a vendor or other list provider

* Set survey quotas instructions for the phone banks

* Prepare and send sample file and instructions to phone banks in advance of surveys fielding

* Communicate with phone banks and project directors during fielding for additional needs

Desired Skills and Experience

* Bachelor’s degree

* Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook

* Understanding of databases, including queries

* Understanding of survey sample theory

* Strong attention to detail
