  1. Red Edge Analyze This (Advertising Analyst)

Red Edge, a leading digital advocacy firm specializing in apps, ads, and ideas for the liberty + free enterprise movement, is looking for someone who loves data (and maybe advertising, too.)

Our next hire will be a lovable geek who enjoys diving into the data. Day to day core responsibilities will include analyzing performance of digital ad campaigns across networks like Facebook and Google, looking for patterns in data, keeping track of key metrics for clients, and building reports that help our internal team stay ahead of the curve.

We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, an expert with Excel, and familiar with other data organization services. A plus, but not required, is familiar with targeted media buying online, such as Google Search or Facebook Advertising.

It’s a key role in a growing advertising department, at a place where we believe we are doing important work, so let us know how you think data can help make a campaign more efficient.

Please send the following to jobs@rededge.com:

--Your portfolio. Include links and descriptions of which parts of group projects you’re responsible for.

--Your (accurate) resume. If you list skills you don’t actually have, we’ll know after our interview and won’t want to work with you. (We have an oppo. researcher on hand.) We aren’t interested in a checklist of design applications and languages you’ve heard of. Show us what you’re good at, but also what excites you.

--Your salary expectations. We believe strongly in profit sharing, which in turn is tied to performance. But tell us what your annual salary expectations are.

    --Your references.

    --Plus...What you love about Excel.
