Hatcher Group - Print and Web Design Associate
The Hatcher Group is seeking an entry-level Print and Web Design Associate to support a variety of clients and initiatives for nonprofit organizations working on progressive issues, including education reform, poverty and the environment, among others.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, relevant design work experience, be highly organized and work well in a team. Proficiency with InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is required, as is knowledge of WordPress. The candidate should also have experience creating, designing and maintaining websites.
Additional skill sets that would be a bonus include knowledge of video production and experience with major social media platforms and blogging. Bottom line: We’re looking for a great designer who is interested in progressive issues and who is great to work with!
The Print and Web Design Associate will work on a wide variety of projects, which may include:
• Print design of brochures, flyers, reports
• Website redesign, creation and maintenance
• Creation of ecards using Photoshop and Constant Contact
• Design of compelling and interesting infographics
• PowerPoint design
