    UPS’s Global Public Affairs office is offering a semester-long, paid internship in strategic communications and social media. Intern will report to the Strategic Communications team, leveraging public relations expertise and new media outreach to advance advocacy goals. Intern must have a working knowledge of major social media platforms, especially Twitter and Facebook. Ideal candidates also should be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite products. Intern will help write op-eds, collaborate on long-term communications projects, manage digital outreach and create collateral for an international team of lobbyists. Existing knowledge of transportation, trade, labor, environmental or postal advocacy is a plus.
