Eastern Shore of Virginia GOP - Campaign Manager
You are a dynamic individual with a CAN-DO attitude! Your job is to help an outstanding candidate WIN this special election to coincide with the Nov. 8 general election this year for VA House of Delegates!
You will oversee all aspects of the campaign including day-to-day operations, hiring & management of staff, coordination & implementation of fundraising ops and ongoing coordination with the leadership team. This fast-moving campaign requires you to take charge and develop a comprehensive voter outreach plan that includes door knocking and phoning in order to ID voters and persuade them about the candidate.You will coordinate the GOTV effort and must be highly organized, energetic and capable of motivating and managing staff and volunteers while you also manage large quantities of data.
Your excellent organizational skills and level-headed ability to multi-task will be an example for the rest of the campaign team to follow. You have outstanding interpersonal skills and are not afraid of raising money. You can demonstrate the ability to not only help in raising money but also in the creation and management of the campaign budget.
