Midwestern Democratic Congressional office seeks Communications Director in Washington, D.C. Candidates must have achieved an effective record of accomplishment in developing and executing message; implementing a communications plan across all media; have outstanding writing and editing skills, with experience writing speeches, op eds and other social media communications. Candidate must have experience in working with local and national reporters, producers and bookers; drafting releases, statements and advisories; preparing talking points for interviews; and planning press events.
